Each team is made up of 10 players, 6 involved in the play and 4 substitutes.
Players are outfitted with all protective gear as well as a stick.
Sticks are usually made of wood, about eight inches long and are painted
either black or white to designate the team. Players use the stick to push, pull,or flick the puck. The puck weighs three pounds and is the size of an ice hockey puck.
The goal is a 6 meter long metal through that sits on the bottom of the pool.
Players must advance the puck entirely into the goal to score a point.
